Jobamine is an early-stage, actively developed minimum viable product (MVP), not a finished, audited, or enterprise-hardened product. Substantial portions of it are built using AI-assisted ("vibe coding") development workflows, with human review but without the level of formal code audit, penetration testing, or independent security certification typical of a mature commercial product. Features may change, break, be added, or be removed over time, including with limited or no notice. You use the Service with that understanding and accept the elevated risk profile that comes with using early-stage, AI-assisted software.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or revoke access at our discretion for violation of these Terms. You acknowledge that authorized administrators may access your account, including logging in as you, for support, debugging, and compliance purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of the career history, resumes, and other content you add to your Data Vault. You can delete your account and all associated data immediately and without contacting support, at any time, from Profile → Data & Account → Delete Account. To request a copy of your data or exercise other data rights, email admin@jobamine.com.
You retain all ownership rights in the content you create, upload, or store in Jobamine ("Your Content"). By storing or sharing Your Content, you grant Jobamine a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display it solely as necessary to operate the Service, including - for content you explicitly share to the Community feed - displaying it publicly with your attribution.
You are solely and entirely responsible for Your Content, including ensuring you have the legal right to store and, where applicable, share it, and that it does not violate any non-disclosure agreement, confidentiality obligation, employment agreement, or intellectual property right of any third party (including a current or prospective employer). Jobamine has no ability and no obligation to verify this. Any administrative review of content submitted to the Community feed is a basic content-moderation check - it is not, and must never be construed as, legal clearance.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jobamine, its operator, and any associated entity from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your Content; (b) your breach of any agreement with a third party (including an NDA or employment agreement) in connection with Your Content; or (c) your violation of these Terms.
Your Questions Vault is private by default. You may choose to share individual questions, or share an Experience & Advice post directly from the Community feed - this is always an explicit action you take, never automatic. Everything you share is reviewed by an admin before it goes live, and your name is shown next to it once it's published; there is no anonymous sharing option. Shared content may also be used to improve Jobamine or offered as a separate feature or product in the future.
Before you share to Community: only share content you are personally certain is not confidential - generic behavioral/interview-style questions and general experiences are typically fine. Do not share take-home assignments, proprietary technical problems, case studies, internal company materials, or anything that could reveal a specific employer's confidential business information. Sharing is permanent, attributed to your name, and reviewed by an admin for basic content standards only - not for legal safety. If in doubt, don't share it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobamine, its operator, and any associated entity are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid Jobamine in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000 if you have not paid anything, whichever is greater.
Without limiting the foregoing, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobamine, its operator, and any associated entity disclaim all liability for any data loss, data corruption, unauthorized access, data breach, or data leak, regardless of cause - including causes arising from the current MVP stage of the product, from AI-assisted ("vibe coded") development practices, from software defects or vulnerabilities not yet identified or patched, from third-party service providers (see Privacy Policy §8), or from deliberate, malicious, or unauthorized third-party action. This disclaimer applies whether or not Jobamine was negligent, and whether the loss, breach, or leak was accidental or the result of a deliberate attack, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. You accept this risk as a condition of using the Service in its current MVP state.
Paid subscriptions (Monthly or Annual) are processed by Razorpay and its payment partners. A free trial is provided on signup; continuing past the trial requires a paid plan. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time from Profile → Subscription & Billing.
Jobamine is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, or availability. We follow reasonable, industry-informed security practices on a best-efforts basis, but we do not warrant or guarantee that the Service is free of vulnerabilities, that your data cannot be lost, corrupted, accessed without authorization, or leaked, or that any given security measure will prevent a breach - particularly given Jobamine's current MVP stage and use of AI-assisted development described in §1. You accept the Service with these limitations as an inherent characteristic of its current stage of development, not a defect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Jobamine may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using Jobamine and delete your account at any time.
